ItalianoThe Preschool first opened in 2009 in Collebeato in an old, renovated farmhouse. By 2011 the Preschool had grown tremendously and extra classes had to be added. In 2018 the Nursery, Preschool and Primary School all moved to one, new, single location in via Caduti del lavoro, 19 in Brescia. In 2024, Little England inaugurated the “Little England Labs” an area which provides greater space for our laboratories and allows us to offer external courses to children who attend and who don’t attend our school.
The school is comprised of fully equipped, multipurpose open spaces with big, full length windows that allow the surrounding nature and natural light to flood in.
In addition to 5000mq of outdoor park space available to the whole school, the Nursery and Preschool overlook a beautiful, walled courtyard garden for sole use of the Nursery and Preschool. Whenever time and weather permits, the children can use the green space to continue learning in a different setting.
The Preschool is divided into three classes based on age:
- 3 years- Redberries / Blueberries
- 4 years- Peaches / Apricots
- 5 years- Coconuts / Mangoes
The Coconuts/Mangoes classes are divided into two groups in order to facilitate the learning of the skills necessary for entry into the Primary School and English phonics.
After finishing in the Preschool the children can naturally progress onto the next stage of their educational journey through our Bilingual Primary School.
