The Customer Service Charter for our bilingual nursery school aims to explain the specific aims and objectives of the Nursery. It is in compliance with the regional and national laws that regulate services for early childhood. The document is a means in which we communicate and bring clarity regarding \u00a0the services we offer within our Nursery.<\/p>\n

The Services<\/strong><\/p>\n The Nursery has been open for over 10 years and was started in 2009 in a renovated old farmhouse which was further enlarged in 2011 to accommodate extra classes. In 2018 the Nursery, along with the Preschool and Primary school, moved\u00a0 to viale Caduti del lavoro, 19 in Brescia.<\/p>\n The Nursery has large, luminous, evocative spaces and was designed to create an open environment with access to the external garden.<\/p>\n After finishing the Nursery, children can naturally progress into our Bilingual Preschool, which hosts children aged of 3 to 6 in homogeneous age classes where the bilingual project is continued and expanded further.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Early Years Foundation Stage Our school does not offer lessons in English, but rather the Anglo-Saxon way of schooling and an accurate and continuous evaluation of the young pupils according to the criteria established by the British ministry in order to pedagogically plan activities for each individual. The EYFS program explains what and how the child will learn, thus fostering healthy development. The child will acquire skills, new knowledge and demonstrate their understanding through 7 areas of learning and development: communication and language; physical development; personal, social and emotional development (main areas); literacy; maths; knowledge of the world; expressive arts and design (secondary areas).<\/p>\n Each child has their own profile that accompanies them throughout their journey through Little England school. Achievements, talents and areas that require more attention are all recorded in this profile. Everything is documented with written and photographic observations and the work done in class. The teachers constntly share this information with the families.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A Typical School Day<\/strong><\/p>\n From the moment the school opens until it closes, the school day is divided up by a mix of routine and educational activities.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n An example of a typical school day:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Experiences in the Nursery<\/strong><\/p>\n During the course of the school year, children have the opportunity to participate in educational activities that develop knowledge, experimentation, observing, comparing, imitating, verbalising, measuring and learning by playing. Learning themes, which coincide with the various MusicaLE units, change regularly allowing them to discover little by little the different aspects of the world around them and increase their vocabulary at the same time in the two languages.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The school offers several guided workshops in collaboration with experts:<\/p>\n
